Stranger Things: 11/10 Show?

Spoilers ahead.

For starters, more people should have died.

They nearly got us with Steve almost falling off the radio tower and dying, and Kali(8) dying, but I could care less about Kali(8). It was a group of 15 to 22-year olds with one person with magical powers and guns, against an otherworldly giant monster (a creature that reaches into peoples minds and kills them) and the U.S army. And almost all of them managed to come out perfectly fine.

I also hated the conflict between Dustin & Steve. It wasn’t necessary and it hurt me to see them fight.

Jonathan should have proposed to Nancy, I’m still confused now why he didn’t propose, probably something to do with Steve.

I loved the ending, with everyone going their different ways, except for Mike’s thoughts on 11. She’s either alive or dead, not just on the run. I personally just believe that 11 died, cause they needed more deaths and people actually like 11. I loved that in Dustin’s ending he meets Steve and they are still best friends, which makes up for 11’s story, in my opinion. I find mike’s whole ending weird, he never showed any signs of being a writer, except for being the Dungeon Master in their Dungeon’s and Dragons games. But that barely counts. I also enjoyed Max’s and Lucas’ ending. They stay together in Hawkins and spend their life together. I don’t think that it’s the best season out there, so these are my rankings on which seasons are the best to the worst:

1.        S3

2.        S4

3.        S5

4.        S2

5.        S1

Season 3 was a banger. Robin entered the picture, Steve and Dustin became best friends, the Mind Flayer was still this ominous shadow creature that did what it wanted, when it wanted. I loved Erica’s sass and how she didn’t want to be apart of the hijinks for the majority of the season, but had to help in the end. The final episode was so good, with multiple things happening at once, and Billy sacrificing himself for Max.

Season 4 was also super great. I didn’t love how 11 was almost immediately split off from the rest of the group for 5 or 6 episodes, though they all came back together at the very end. I loved how they introduced Vecna, and his way of killing. It made him seem more villainous, watching people’s bones break while they are levitating and their eyes popped out! So good. And the last episode was the best last episode ever! It was so well-paced and had so much content to watch. I love how they sacrificed Eddie. It really made Dustin’s character more interesting in Season 5. But I found it so sad that Eddie died for Hawkins when everyone still hated him, and he knew that.

I can barely even remember anything from Season 2. It was just a filler season in my mind, where they introduced a few new people.

Season 1 is just nostalgic. It was a good way to start off the series, but the only villain was one Demogorgon, which not that scary. I liked how people tried to cover up Will missing by saying he drowned.
